Wallpapers for Vista Blog

We’re getting most of our traffic now from the Google Search Engine it seems.  It looks like most people are frequenting our site by simply typing in “Vista Wallpaper“.

At the moment, we are the 4th result on Google for the term.

I’ll get back to uploading some new wallpapers in the near future.  Until then, I hope everyone has enjoyed our system!

With the explosive popularity of the brand new Wallpapers for Vista site, we figured that now would be an excellent time to launch a development blog. Why? Well, here are 3 reasons we think this is a good idea:

• Communicate with our growing community and userbase
• Get input from viewers, and find out what sort of things they would like to see on the site
• Share our favorite wallpapers, and related desktop customization finds with you!

We have some big plans for the site, and it’s vital that we are able to share what’s new with our viewers. This blog will help us direct viewers to new content, new features, and hopefully help us bond a bit. We’re a social kinda group, ya know? We want to get to know you, and more importantly, serve you in anyway possible… serve… as in, serve you really awesome wallpapers from around the world!

For those of you who are knew to Wallpapers for Vista, let us establish our number one priority:

Wallpapers for Vista was created with one goal in mind: “Provide and Serve High Quality Wallpapers to Real People for Free, without any annoying Software or strings attached.“

We adhere to this mission, and build our new features with it in mind. Since our launch, we have added nifty features such as:

• Personal Gallery System (Example) - Upload, resize, and create your own personal wallpaper gallery.
• Favorite Wallpaper System (Example) - Save your favorite wallpapers you find on the site for later, just in case you want to come back and revisit them at another time.
• Friends Sites - Become a friend of Wallpapers for Vista if you run a related site of your own.

There are quite a few new features being thrown around now, and many of them will be ready for launch in the very near future. Be sure to stick around if you’re interested in updates!
